These terms cover the PlayCraps apps, the TV table at play.playcraps.tv, the PlayCraps Live stream, and this website (together, "PlayCraps"). By using PlayCraps you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Play money only
Play money only. No real-money gambling. Chips, bankrolls, winnings and leaderboard results in PlayCraps are play money. They have no cash value. You can't buy them, sell them, trade them, or exchange them for money, prizes or anything else. Tournaments and leaderboards are for bragging rights only.
PlayCraps simulates casino craps for entertainment and to teach the game. Winning at PlayCraps doesn't mean you'd win at real gambling, where the house edge applies to real money.
Who can use PlayCraps
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to use a simulated casino game where you live.
How to behave
- Pick seat and chat names that aren't offensive, hateful, sexual, or someone else's.
- Don't harass anyone at the table or in chat.
- Don't try to break, overload, cheat, or get around the limits of the game, the stream or this website.
- Follow YouTube's and Twitch's rules when you take part in PlayCraps Live.
We may remove names, mute or ban chat accounts, and reset play-money records to keep PlayCraps fun and fair.
Our stuff
The PlayCraps name, logo, table, artwork, videos, voices and software belong to us. You can play, watch and share links to them. You can clip and share moments from the stream for non-commercial use, as long as you don't suggest real money is involved.
No guarantees
PlayCraps is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running, but tables can drop, the stream can go offline, and play-money records can be reset. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using PlayCraps, and since PlayCraps is free, our total liability is limited to $50.
Changes and ending
We may change PlayCraps or these terms. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. You can stop using PlayCraps at any time, and we may stop offering it.
